POWER & RUN TIME
The Predator 9000.
The Predator 9000’s design includes a gasoline-fueled 420 cc (13 hp) OHV 4-stroke engine. With a 120/240V output, it gives a running wattage of 7,250W and also a peak wattage of 9,000W.
At a noise rating of 73.5 dBA (just slightly more noisy than a shower), this generator can be started via a manual recoil starter system, or a convenient and efficient electric starter (battery not included).
With a full tank, the 9000. can operate for around 13 hours at 50% load (fuel consumption around 0.62 GPH), thanks to its fuel capacity of 8 gallons.
OUTLETS
The control panel features the upcoming 6 AC outlets:
Two Duplexes 120V 20A (5-20R) GFCI
120V 30A (L5-30R) receptacle
120/240V 30A (L14-30R) receptacle
Moreover, it comes equipped with 1 DC outlet: there’s a 12V 10A (cigarette lighter style) receptacle enabling simple battery charging for added ease.
While this Predator generator is not RV Ready, its L5-30R receptacle can be used for a simple RV connection with an L5-30P to TT-30R adaptor. Besides, since the 9000 bears a twist-lock L14-30R receptacle, it is transfer switch ready: it is easily connectible to a breaker box and can power your home in case of a power outage.
PORTABILITY
At L26.9 x W22 x H22.8 in, the standard open frame design of the Predator 9000 delivers stability alongside easy maintenance access to components and good air cooling. The featured design is ideal for the outdoors and all tough environments.
Even at 195 lbs, the generator is categorized as ‘portable,’ suggesting its movability, although its weight impede its portability. Still, once it is on the ground, can easily solve the issue of low mobility and allow for easy relocation of the device.
FEATURES
The 9000’s control panel.
The device’s light indicator will display if its oil levels are insufficient.
Featuring a built-in fuel gauge, the generator offers quick, convenient, and easy gas level checks at a glance..
In terms of security, the generator features an automatic low oil shut-off and an overload protection (circuit breaker), ensuring peace of mind during its use..
