4. The lower price must be publicly advertised and easily verifiable on the competitor’s website. Prices from email offers, printed advertisements, or other non-web-based sources will not be accepted.

5. Price match requests must be submitted before completing your purchase on our website. We cannot retroactively apply a price match after an order is placed.

6. To request a price match, contact our customer service team through online chat or email. Provide the URL of the competitor’s website, details of the item, and any additional relevant information.

7. Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to one price match per customer, per item.

Exclusions:

The following situations are not eligible for our Best Price Guarantee:

1. Prices offered through membership-only websites, loyalty programs, or special offers requiring a paid subscription.

2. Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.

3. Pricing errors or unintentional mistakes on the competitor’s website.

4. Prices significantly lower due to limited quantities, flash sales, or time-sensitive promotions.

5. Prices that include discounts, coupons, rebates, gift cards, or other incentives not available on our website.

6. Auction websites, third-party marketplaces, or resellers.

7. Prices from unauthorized dealers or sellers.

8. Prices violating the vendor’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.

Resolution:

Once we receive a valid price match request, our team will verify the information and details provided. If the request meets our eligibility requirements and the lower price is confirmed, we will adjust the item’s price for you through a Draft Order Invoice sent to your email or provide a coupon to match the competitor’s price.

Please note that our decision on price match requests is final. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy criteria or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
